What I Do

I provide psychoanalytic psychotherapy to adults and couples, often meeting multiple times per week in order to provide a better holding environment as we work together to glimpse and touch memory, dream, wish, longing, hope, and dread. Psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic therapy offer the most in-depth therapeutic experience available in modern times. Treatment continuity is achieved by scheduling two to five sessions per week as determined by each person's unique needs.

This level of frequency and depth offer a foundation of trust and safety for those who may not have experienced that in a true way before. From this therapeutic trust, one can safely engage deeper feelings, thoughts, and relationship dynamics which have made it challenging to lead a meaningful and successful life.

I currently take all BCBS PPO insurance plans as well as the Student Insurance offered by University of Chicago.

During the pandemic, all sessions are being offered via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

Who I Am

I am a fully-licensed psychotherapist with 4+ years of experience with a background in art, film, philosophy, literature, yoga, and perhaps surprisingly, the art of French pastry. I live and practice in Chicago, IL and enjoy spending my free time (that is, when I’m not working on my doctoral dissertation) practicing fiber arts, home DIY, and reading more philosophy. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Philosophy from the esteemed European Graduate School and am also a candidate at the Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis.

One of the most sincere forms of respect is listening to what the other has to say.
